• Client uses a search engine to find the MLS website.
• The client searches for homes or villas based on specific criteria; but unfamiliarity of the different communities make it challenging. Client needs the benefit of local real estate knowledge.
• When timing of making a purchase is suitable, the client contacts Premier Properties Team through email/phone, agrees to PPT becoming their Buyer’s Broker and provides PPT the criteria for their "dream home."
