- Real Estate: Indigo Run is a residential community with homes and homesites overlooking Broad Creek, the golf course, lagoons and wooded landscape. Berwick Green is a villa product where two villas are on the first floor and two are on the second overlooking the 18th hole of The Golf Club. Most residents are primary home owners and short-term vacation rentals are not allowed. The first homes were built in 1992 with a variety in size.
